The turn-around time for Marketing Materials is 24-hours from the time ALL necessary items are received. Listings must already be in FMLS or GAMLS complete with photos. Photo .jpg’s are necessary. If Real Estate Support Services has to download images (from FMLS, HomeScenes or any other service) an additional $10 will apply. PDF’s of the finished flyer(s) will be provided to the agent. Updates to the property’s price (up to two price changes) will be provided for no additional charge and the agent will receive a new .pdf. Any additional changes to the flyer(s) are subject to a fee.
